William Lucas Marder
Biography:
Mr. Marder earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from U.C. San Diego and obtained his law degree from UCLA in 1993. Prior to becoming a partner at Polaris Law Group, Mr. Marder worked as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Terry J. Hatter, Central Circuit of California, as prosecutor for the California Department of Corporations, San Benito Deputy County Counsel, and was a partner at Paxton O’Brien LLP in Hollister, CA.
His practice areas include a wide variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts, including employment law and civil rights.
Bill began practicing law in California in 1994. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court Eastern District of California and the U.S. District Court Northern District of California.
