Biography:
Bill earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from U.C. San Diego in 1990 and obtained his law degree from UCLA in 1993. He has devoted his career to representing employees on a contingency fee basis. He does not charge a fee unless he collects money for his clients. He advances all costs.
Bill focuses on plaintiff's employment law. He takes sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, age discrimination and wage/hour cases.
