Gary J. Clifford

Biography:

Mr. Clifford obtained his B.A. degree in both Economics and International Relations from U.C. Davis in 1988, and his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University's School of Law in 1992. He represents clients in the following practice areas: corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and real estate transactions and litigation.

Prior to becoming a founding partner at Polaris Law Group LLP, he worked at law firms in Tokyo, Japan; Quito, Ecuador; Bangkok, Thailand; and in Hollister and San Jose, California. Gary has worked on many projects involving real estate development and start-up companies.

Gary speaks Japanese, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. His linguistic abilities combined with the time he has spent working for foreign law firms abroad enable him to effectively counsel clients on a variety of cross-cultural business problems.
